The GE Aerospace Foundation’s Lifting Futures initiative is bringing together employers and industry stakeholders to strengthen aerospace and advanced manufacturing talent pipelines across the Auburn region.

This Forum will begin to identify current and future workforce needs, workforce development challenges, promising training and talent solutions, and opportunities for regional collaboration. Insights gathered from participants will help inform future workforce investments, partnership strategies, and actions to support the growth of the aerospace and advanced manufacturing ecosystem in Alabama.
