Use this quick snapshot to strengthen referrals and reduce early exits, especially in the first two weeks. 

  • Schedule feasibility: shifts, commute time, childcare, supervision requirements (if applicable). 
  • Transportation plan: route, back-up plan, cost coverage (if available). 
  • Documents: ID and I-9 documents, direct deposit/payroll access (if needed). 
  • Workplace supports: accommodations, coaching preferences, emergency contacts. 
  • Disclosure plan: what will be shared with the employer (if anything), by whom, and when (Section 9). [14
